We charge a flat fee, not a percentage of the rent! NO money is ever due up front.
We have No JUNK fees, start up, inspection fees, admin fees, advertising fees or maintenance coordination fees.
We charge a Leasing fee on the first month's rent only, our fees get paid out of the incoming rent collected. Funds are then direct deposited to our owners.
Owners never pay for management fees when a property is vacant.

Suffolk is known for its History and land. Suffolk is located in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area which also includes the independent cities of Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach, as well as other smaller cities, counties, and towns of Hampton Roads.
